Setup Voicemail Greeting

The goal of this tutorial is to show new users how to setup a Voicemail Greeting

How to Setup Voicemail Greeting

1. Select User from the Toolbar
2. Click Phone then My Voicemail Box
3. Select Edit Greeting
4. Click Re-record voicemail to record your greeting
   • Select the menu options icon to adjust playback speed or download your voicemail
5. Click Save Voicemail or Re-record if you need another take
   • A green window will appear confirming your voicemail greeting was saved
