How To Create an Email Signature
- Select User from the Toolbar
- Click Email
- Click Add next to Signatures
- Enter a Signature Label
- Create your email signature
- Use the Editor Toolbar to customize text, font, and insert hyperlinks
- Click Set to save the email signature
- Click Set Active to turn on your email signature
