Create Email Signatures

The goal of this tutorial is to show you how to create Email Signatures 


  • Team Lead
  • Team Member

How To Create an Email Signature

  1. Select User from the Toolbar
  2. Click Email 
  3. Click Add next to Signatures
  4. Enter a Signature Label 
  5. Create your email signature
    • Use the Editor Toolbar to customize text, font, and insert hyperlinks
  6. Click Set to save the email signature 
  7. Click Set Active to turn on your email signature
